We are an Australian company owned and operated in Melbourne. All our stock are located in Australia and this where your order will be shipped from once placed and processed.

Once your order is confirmed, the items will be packed and prepared, then shipped with Australia Post within one business day of the order date.

Shipping Times

For Domestic Orders, the estimated Shipping time range for Standard Shipping is 3-7 business days, while Express Shipping is 1-3 business Days.

Shipping to New Zealand takes 10-14 business days.

Returns & Feedback 

If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products or services, contact us on the form below, or email us on hello@thefridayfeels.com within 14 days of your purchase. International orders may be subject to additional shipping in order to return the purchase.

Returns are eligible within 30 days of purchase, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, contact us first to arrange your return. Generally you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
